Merchant specifics:

Your business will receive bingo cards and a unique stamp. Please provide your own stamp pad. If your logo is dark, choose a pad color like silver, gold, or another shade that will stand out clearly.

When you receive your cards, stamp the center FREE space on both sides so we can track where cards originate. When a customer makes a purchase, stamp your logo. You may set a minimum purchase amount, but please keep it low. We recommend no more than $10.

When you need more bingo cards, pick them up between 10am and 6pm at 363 E Main St.

Winners will be notified in January. Gift certificates will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Feel free to print these instructions for your team, including where the cards, stamp, stamp pad, and completed bingo cards are kept.

Completed bingo cards will be collected early January.
