Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Silica, Amisoft (Sodium Lauryl Glutamate), Magnesium Stearate, Natural Mint Flavor from essential oil, Menthol, Xanthan Gum, Stevia, Citric Acid.
Directions: Chew the tablet until it is soft and smooth. Brush as you would with any conventional toothpaste. Rinse, smile and enjoy that smooth polished feeling.

Toothpaste tablets were a bit strange at first because of having to chew them, but now, I'm used to it. It’s very gentle, although sometimes I worry that it’s not doing a thorough job. My teeth always feel clean after using them though. The taste is pretty mild as well.

I agree with other comments, by far the best. After a moment the tablet actually begins to foam like a toothpaste, and leaves the same minty feeling. It’s a good idea to precede this tablet with a mouthwash tablet and then it is a super strong combination.
Yes they're a bit pricey, but so worth it for traveling. These pop right in my luggage and I can travel without worrying about making it through the TSA checkpoint.
I have tried several toothpaste tablets and these are by far the best. They actually foam and the mint flavor is strong (which I prefer because then my breath feels and smells fresh). By far the best out there.
